Prices for leasing a Beach Chalet

North Norfolk District Council has a number of purpose-built permanent beach chalets at Cromer and Sheringham.

For 2021 a 5 year lease for renting a chalet starts from:

• Cromer between £807.50 and £1236.95 per year
• Sheringham between £1020.60 and £1125.50 per year

To rent a chalet you must first apply to join the waiting list.
