Inspection of Houses of Multiple Occupations
The North Norfolk District Council conducts regular inspections of HMO. An inspecting officer will use the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) to identify hazards within a HMO and determine the risk to occupants (i.e. the likelihood of harm occurring).
