Licensing General Information

Club premises certificates are issued to private members clubs for the provision of being able to provide late night refreshment and regulated entertainment. For the benefit of the Licensing Act 2003, private members clubs do not sell alcohol. A club premises certificate is granted for life unless it is surrendered or revoked and has an annual fee which is payable on the anniversary of the date of issue.
