While works are ongoing, some sections of the beach west of Cromer Pier will be temporarily closed.
Non Commercial Street Trading
If the trading to be carried out is from a stall, or similar, used for fund-raising for a charitable or other like purpose then it is deemed to be non commercial and licences are not required for such trading. However the following procedure must be followed:
- Contact Customer Service Team who will require the following details:
- Full name of organiser (individual)
- Daytime telephone number
- Name of charity/organisation to benefit
- Venue of street trading
- Time of trading
- Type of items to be sold
- You should carry out the following:
- Seek permission from landowner
- Obtain Public Liability insurance cover
- Consult with Norfolk County Council Area Engineer at Aylsham (Tel: 01263 738300) regarding the possible obstruction of the pavement.
