Send all comments on or by Monday 18 May 2020.
Any person making a representation at this stage may also include a request to be notified of the local planning authority’s decision under Regulation 19 (to approve the Plan for use). If you wish to be notified please indicate this in the appropriate place on the Consultation Response Form.
For enquiries about the Neighbourhood Plan contact Mike Rundle, Ryburgh Neighbourhood Plan Working Group on 01328 829472 or email firstname.lastname@example.org . For further information visit the Ryburgh Neighbourhood Plan.
Following the consultation, all comments received will be provided to the examiner to consider as part of the examination process. If the draft Plan is approved by the examiner the next stage is to put the plan, incorporating the examiners’ recommendations, to a public referendum. If accepted then the draft Neighbourhood Plan must be made by the Council within an 8 week period following the referendum.
Once made the Neighbourhood Plan will form part of the district wide planning framework and become a material consideration (must be taken into account) in the consideration of future planning applications in the Neighbourhood Area.
