Planning application received for land west of North Walsham

The Council have received a major planning application on land west of North Walsham. The site was allocated for housing growth in the Council’s Local Plan adopted in December 2025. The application is now live and the period for public consultation will run until 29 May 2026.

The Council’s Development Committee is expected to consider the application in Autumn 2026.
