Apply for weekly reclaim reduction

Ask us to reduce the amount we are deducting from your Housing Benefit to recover an overpayment.

Housing Benefit overpayments will normally be recovered directly from your ongoing benefit entitlement at a minimum rate of £13.95 per week. If the overpayment is created due to fraud, the minimum recovery rate is £23.25 per week.
