The council has a variety of quality commercial properties. If you are a new business looking for a premises or an established business looking to expand, we may have a property that suits your needs.

The council own and are responsible for land across North Norfolk. Properties that we have on the market will be listed below.
We do not currently have any properties for sale.
If you want to buy land owned by North Norfolk District Council that is not listed above, you will need to contact the Estates team. The council will then decide whether or not it is able to or willing to sell the land. You may also need to make a separate planning application if you wish to develop the land, or change its use.
