If you want to request your own personal information, you should use the form below. Please complete the form and return it to the Data Protection Officer, there is a £10 fee payable. You will be asked to provide proof of identity, this can be a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate or some other official document bearing your signature. In some cases we will also require a recent photograph of you for elimination purposes.

The Council recognises the importance of personal data to its business and the importance of respecting the privacy rights of individuals.
