If you feel you have been incorrectly issued with a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), a challenge can be made within 14 days of the issue of the PCN using the Online Parking System, which is administered by King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council.
Please note you will not receive an automated response but we will answer your challenge within 28 days. Please do not make payment if you wish to challenge, the discount period will be extended if your challenge is unsuccessful.
