Burnham Deepdale TIC

Deepdale Information is a visitor information centre on the beautiful north Norfolk coast, approximately half way between Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea. Although we are independently run, paid for by Deepdale Farms, we are part of the national network of tourist information centres.

Cromer - North Norfolk Information Centre

Winner of the EDP Best Visitor Information award 2011

North Norfolk Information Centre is an environmentally-friendly and innovative designed building that includes solar energy and underground heat source pumps which provides 60% of the heating needs for the building.

Services provided include public internet access, free wi-fi hotspot and some council services such as the sale of parking permits. There are two touch screen computers which are available to access tide timetables, bus timetables, accommodation (in north Norfolk and nationwide) and council services.

Getting here

By train

  • The nearest train station is Cromer. National and local rail information is available from National Rail Enquiries on 08457 484950.
  • Directions from the station: Leaving the station, turn left and follow the road (Holt road, then West street) for about 300 metres until the junction with Meadow Road and Louden Road (the A149). Crossing over onto Louden Road the Information Centre is on your right in front of a car park.

By bus

  • For more information visit Traveline or call 0870 6082608.
  • Directions from Cadogan Road bus station: From the bus station cross Prince of Wales Road and turn right, heading away from the sea front. The road bends to the left, where the Information Centre can be found on the opposite side of the road in front of a car park.

 

Holt TIC

Holt is a beautiful un-spoilt Georgian town and offers visitors and residents a diverse selection of galleries, antique shops, courtyard shopping and various different eating experiences. Holt also boasts a Country Park for all visitors and residents to enjoy.

Holt Tourist Information Centre is currently closed and will soon reopen in an alternative location.

Mundesley Visitor and Advice Centre

Mundesley is a large coastal village in North East Norfolk. It has Blue Flag award beaches where the sea is attractive to surfers, canoeists and safe for swimmers, and it backs on to pleasant country side, perfect for cycling, riding and walking along its quiet lanes.

Sheringham TIC

Sheringham is a traditional seaside market town with access to the North Norfolk Railway, coastal paths and woodland walks. It is home to the Sheringham Little Theatre, with the annual carnival and potty festival of Morris dancing drawing in visitors from across the country to celebrate with the residents of the town.

Wells TIC

Wells-next-the-Sea is a small traditional working fishing port with stunning award winning beaches nearby and is renowned for its multicoloured beach huts. The coastal town and surrounding countryside has been well used by film and TV series makers due to its outstanding scenery.

Since March 2013, Wells Maltings Trust has taken over the running of Wells TIC on behalf of North Norfolk District Council. This is the first arrangement of its kind, whereby a local community group is now responsible for shaping the way a local service is provided.
