Skills and Training Programme

The North Norfolk Skills and Training programme is available until March 2025.

The programme offers independent advice from a specialist advisor about upskilling and training your workforce through the Norfolk County Council (NCC) skills team. 

Businesses are telling us that training and skills are a big issue. NCC will work with your business to help produce a training and skills audit specific to your business to identify gaps and help you find the support and information you need. 

The programme offers:

• independent training and skills audit
• support to identify opportunities for your business
• Bootcamp and specialist training opportunities

 All of these services are free, and we'll come to you.

Who can apply

Any small and medium-sized businesses.
