Stage 4 - First Draft Local Plan (Complete)
This stage of plan-making (Regulation 18) is where the emerging proposed policies and development sites were published in a First Draft Local Plan document. Public consultation on the First Draft Local Plan took place from 7 May to 28 June 2019. Alongside this we consulted on the Draft Landscape Character Assessment, Draft Landscape Sensitivity Assessment and Draft Design Guide Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs).
