The future of the pier

Over the coming 5 years, substantial works are planned, amounting to more than £3m of investment. These include structural repairs to the pier’s steel frame and new seabed piling to protect against wave action, using specialist divers and engineers. Cromer Pier will also get a new coat of paint on the handrails and the main buildings to ensure it looks its best this special year.
