Our staff get 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays per year. After completing 5 years' service, this increases to 29 days per year. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time staff.
We operate a flex time system for some of our employees depending on job role. This scheme allows employees to have an improved work-life balance and be flexible with the times they start and finish work, as long as they meet the job requirements. The core hours that staff must work are:
- 9.30am to 12pm
- 2pm to 4pm
