These fees will be charged upon the submission of proposals for major pre-application advice.

OUTLINE APPLICATIONS
i)   site area up to 2.5 hectares
ii)  site are over 2.5 hectares		 £120 per 0.1 hectare
£3,000 + £36 per additional 0.1 hectares

ERECTION OF DWELLINGS (FULL OR RERSERVED MATTERS) 
i)   10 to 50 dwellings
ii)  over 50 dwellings		 £1,200 + £120 per additional dwelling

ERECTION OF BUILDINGS (NON-RESIDENTIAL)
i)   floor space 1,000 – 3,750 sqm
ii)  floor space over 3,750 sqm 		 £120 per 75 sqm

ERECTION OF AGRICULTURAL BUILDINGS
i)   floor space 1,000 – 4,215 sqm
