View senior staff salaries for North Norfolk District Council
Information is available to download below that provides the following data:
- the number of employees whose remuneration in that year was at least £50,000 in brackets of £5,000
- details of remuneration and job title of certain senior employees whose salary is at least £50,000
- employees whose salaries are £150,000 or more must be identified by name
- a list of responsibilities (for example, the services and functions they are responsible for, budget held and number of staff) and details of bonuses and “benefits in kind” for all employees whose salary exceeds £50,00

Senior staff salary information from 2014 to 2015
NNDC is required to provide information to the Office of National Statistics regarding the number of employees we have on a quarterly basis. This data is given as both a headcount figure, and also as a 'full time equivalent' (FTE) and is published in the 'Quarterly public sector employment survey'.
In addition to this, the Council produces a document called workforce profile statistics which gives more information on the make-up of our workforces. This document is included as an appendix to the annual report.
