Missed bin collections
Please find details below of the locations we were unable to collect today. If you are affected, please leave your bins out at the edge of your property and we will return as soon as possible to empty them. Thank you.
Reporting a missed bin collection
Missed collections for household recycling, waste and garden bins must be reported by midday on the second working day after your collection date. For example, if your collection was due on a Monday, you must report the missed collection by midday on the following Wednesday.
Before reporting a missed collection, view the list of locations of missed bins below. If your location is already listed, you do not need to report this. If your bin remains uncollected, please check back the next working day.
Collecting bins
Please place your bins at your property edge, with the handles of the bin facing the road, by 7am on the day the collection is due.
Bins will not be emptied if they are:
- overweight
- contaminated, meaning inappropriate waste
- not at the correct collection point
- inaccessible to the crew
If any of the above applies, you will be required to correct the problem before the next scheduled collection date, when the crew will collect the waste.
