The Food Premises Register is a list of all food businesses that are registered with NNDC
The Food Premises Register is a list of all food businesses that are registered with NNDC.
Every premises where food operations are carried out, including homes, and mobile or temporary premises such as stalls and vans, must be registered with their local council.
If a business makes, prepares or handles food that comes from animals, for example meat or dairy products, other than for direct sale to the consumer the premises may need to be approved by the council before the business can operate.
