Town and Parish Council support and news
We are keen to engage with town and parish councils across the district. We hold quarterly forums which clerks and parish councillors are welcome to attend, and we can offer support to new clerks who wish to learn more about the district council and its services.

Monitoring Officer
The Monitoring Officer is Cara Jordan. She is responsible for advising the Council on the legality of its decisions and providing guidance to councillors and officers on the Council's constitution and its powers. The monitoring officer also works closely with the Council's Standards Committee and advises on code of conduct matters.
