All of our beach huts and chalets are now available for a five-year lease agreement only.

The Council currently offers leased units at Cromer, Sheringham, Mundesley and Overstrand.

Waiting lists

There have historically been very long waiting lists for the leased chalets and beach hut sites. The Council now makes a non-refundable charge to be included on the waiting lists. Before applying please read the Council Policy leaflet concerning the waiting lists.

We can’t guarantee the weather but all our facilities have great views of the sea and are no more than a few feet away from our celebrated beaches and colourful resorts.

All situated within walking distance of amenities, leasing a hut or chalet provides an ideal place to explore the surrounding area, store buckets and spades, get changed after a bracing swim or just relax with a good book.
