A better place to work...

Study towards a qualification while you earn. You will learn skills that will help boost your CV and career prospects.

Here at NNDC, we are committed to boosting employment and creating more jobs. Apprenticeships will help us to go about achieving this and will assist us in supporting our young people in developing their careers.

Hear from our HR Manager, James Claxton, why apprenticeships are a great opportunity.

Anyone over 16, living in the UK and not in full-time education can apply for an apprenticeship.

Our apprenticeships are a fantastic way to qualify through work-based learning and achieve an industry-relevant professional qualification. If you are undertaking an apprenticeship, you’ll:

  • work alongside experienced staff
  • gain job-specific skills
  • gain a variety of transferable skills

You will also have access to a benefits package designed to invest in your development and boost your health and wellbeing.

Explore the Council website to discover more about the organisation.

North Norfolk District Council is committed to equality and diversity in employment and encourages applications from all sections of the community.

We offer employees a friendly working environment, flexible working hours, and a career average pension scheme.
