Our Gambling Policy Review and Consultation 2018 - The Gambling Act 2005 requires that Licensing Authorities review their Gambling Licensing Policy (Statement of Principles) every three years.
New legislation gives responsibility to Licensing Authorities (local Councils) to undertake a number of licensing and regulatory functions in relation to gambling premises.
