North Norfolk District Council offers local businesses a collection service for bulky items such as furniture, fridges and freezers.
If you are not an existing North Norfolk District Council commercial waste customer, you will be required to pre-pay for the service by credit or debit card at the time of ordering the collection. Please see below for pricing for this service.
Commercial or chargeable household - bulky waste
- 1 to 3 bulky Items - £50
- 4 to 6 bulky Items - £60
- 7 to 9 bulky Items - £70
- Per additional item over 9 Items - £20
- Disposal cost per item (where applicable) - £18.50
To arrange a collection
We require a written request from you specifying the items you wish to have collected by:

An invoice will be sent to you following the collection. Please note that any alterations to your requested service, must also be made in writing.
Collections will usually take place 7 working days from the receipt of your written instruction. If you wish to know which day of the week the collection will take place, please request an appointment. The bulky items will need to be presented outside the property and accessible to the collection crew by 7am on collection day.
