To register for an account and manage your Council Tax, business rates, or benefit claim online you'll need to have:

  • a benefit claim number or council tax account. 
  • an email address

You will be emailed a link to access your account with your username and password. When you sign in for the first time you will be able to view all bills and benefits you have with us.

What can I use My Bills and Benefits for?

Once you have registered, our Bills and Benefits service gives you instant access to manage and view your benefits.  You can also use it to manage your Business Rates and Council Tax account.

If you claim Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support you can use it to:

  • check how much benefit you're entitled to
  • check when your next payment is due
  • view notification letters
  • report a change to us online

If you pay council tax to us, you can use it to:

  • view your balance
  • check when your next payment is due
  • view latest bills
  • set up a Direct Debit
  • report a change to us online
